About the CompanyThis global, progressive ASX listed organisation are looking for a Manager of AsPac Leadership & Change Communications. This is a high-profile role that reports to the AsPac Director of Leadership, Capability & Experience.
The role interacts closely with the CEO, the CEOs Office, and the Executive Leadership team to initiate, advise on, shape and facilitate internal messaging, and occasionally, external CEO or Executive messaging where the context.
About the Role
Plan events and initiatives across each week and well in advance to support momentum on key messages and afford the CEO and their Office as well as other members of the Executive when required, the visibility of when time is needed from their diary for videos, town hall calls and or to review drafts of written messages. Manage the companys primary internal communication channels and internal digital channels to curate engaging content across online, video, print, and digital media; for in-person live and virtual contexts Ideate, pitch, source and write impactful and engaging content that helps to share the culture, values, perspective, purpose and vision. As the AsPac lead for Internal Communications, work closely with the broader Global Communications team for both collaboration, perspective-taking and knowledge sharing, as well as engagement on key milestones events or activities. This means participating in a monthly global call after Australian business hours, and any ad hoc calls as required. You will play an important role in shaping and sharing everything from thought leadership, opinion pieces and business announcements.
About You
You will be be equally as comfortable being strategic and hands-on With a collaborative style, gravitas and sophisticated communication and influencing skills across a broad range of audiences and stakeholder relationships, youll be highly adaptable in what can be a complex landscape Relevant tertiary qualification (such as media or communications) or significant experience in a similar role. Demonstrated ability to communicate sensitively and effectively, verbally and in writing, with the ability to influence at a senior level. You have a tenacity for impact, execution and delivery at scale to produce and curate high-quality stories and content for internal channels Benefits
