Our client, an employer of choice in Ballarat, is seeking a Customer Service professional to join their friendly in person customer service team in Ballarat. The roles are customer facing and will see you engaging with customer inquiries on a daily basis.
About the role:-
The role is responsible for resolution of customer enquiries raised within Customer Service Centres, in a manner that is timely, efficient, compliant with policy, and meets customer service experience expectations. Working within a customer service environment, to provide an accurate and efficient response to internal and external customer enquiries.
About you:-

- Able to relate to customers in a positive manner using appropriate communication skills
- Able to identify when to seek support in solving problems and escalate issues as required
- Able to treat customers with respect and courtesy and remain calm and objective when working under pressure
- Able to process and provide information on Payment Services inquiries in accordance with established policies and procedure
- Confident with data input and accuracy.
- A police check will be required and vaccination status confirmation.
- A Credit Check is Mandatory
This role is a work from office location only and all work is performed on site at the service centre, located 5 minutes from central Ballarat with free car parking. Hours of work per week : 20 to 38 hours per week.
