Duties Include
- Providing first point of contact for all business activities undertaken by the Assistant Secretary, including managing and responding to phone calls, emails and general correspondence
- Providing high level administrative and coordination support, including managing and organising meetings
- Undertaking quality control of documentation
- Developing and maintaining professional relationships with various stakeholders
- Administrative support functions across the branch
Must Haves
- Administrative support skills and strong communication skills
- Diary & Travel management
- Organisational skills with the ability to respond effectively and quickly to stakeholders
- Well-developed computer skills in Microsoft Suite applications
- Positive and friendly attitude
Highly Valued
- Demonstrated experience working as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Officer in either the public or private sector.
- Baseline or above security clearance
- ESC
