The Position:
As Civil Construction Supervisor; this role will see you overseeing construction / project activities on a range of water resources / utilities infrastructure projects through regional Vic.
Key Duties:Preparing pre construction documentation and plans around HSEQ, construction, compliance and contractor management.Assist with and prepare project budgets and scheduleEnsure HSEQ management plan is adhered to and implemented on siteConduct tool box meetings' with teamCoordinate on-site construction activities, resources and materialsCreate and maintain project reportingProblem solving around day to day construction / project matters
To be succesful with your application you need the following:Multiple years (4+) working in a construction / crew leadership role on significant civil construction projects of various sizeMinimum Cert 3 or Diploma / Degree level quals in Civil construction or similar.Demonstrated Experience working to relevant HSEQ requirements, construction codes and authority standardsDemonstrated ability to lead civil construction teams / crewPositive attitude towards continual improvement, HSEQ compliance and commercial / project outcomes.
