About the role:
Reporting into the Supply Chain Manager, you will verify and receipt supplier invoice payments, provide support to the Supply Chain and Plant functions in the areas of feedstock reconciliation, vendor administration and logistics goods receipting and reconciliation. You will receive, fulfil, and invoice import orders into in Australia and NZ, for products meeting customer requirements. Your duties will include the following:Accounts payable goods receipting for vendorsReconcile supplier monthly statements and identify and rectify payment queries and price/quantity discrepancies Perform finished product logistics GR for Australia and New Zealand Manage reconciliation of all feedstock transport routes each month correcting any EDI errors Carry out the SAP feedstock EDI processing and selected month end SAP transactions (SAP)Manage SAP vendor master data as companywide focal point for creation and change of SAP vendor data Fulfil and manage all import orders into in Australia and NZ, for all products (PP, PE, Catalloy and PB-1) with high efficiency, meeting customer requirements

About you:
You will be curious, and customer focused with exposure to an Accounts Payable function with experience in purchasing or an accounts related function. It will be beneficial to have practical experience in a manufacturing, logistics or technical environment. You will be analytical, love solving problems and working to deadlines. Knowledge of the oil and petrochemical refining/manufacturing process and business would be an advantage.
