This is an entry level Customer Service and Administration Traineeship, where you will gain a nationally recognised qualification in Logistics. This role is Monday to Friday full time and is fully paid. Your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders regarding shipments
- Answering customer enquiries regarding shipments
- Accurately entering shipment details into the system
- Plan and coordinate shipments
- Entering supplier invoices for payments
