Are you an innovative leader that enjoys engaging with stakeholders and finding solutions to pain points within the service design space? Then this is the role for you! We are looking for an established leader that is prepared to find effective solutions within the service design space, while leading and delegating tasks to a team. This fulfilling role is within the disability sector and will be impacting the lives of those affected directly and indirectly by disability. Duties
* Researches and identifies insights, creating a common understanding
* Co-creates and documents current state service through design research, to identify current participant and staff experience, and business processes.
* Co-creates and facilitates process design improvements
* Advocates for the voice and experience of participants and stakeholders.
* Facilitates design-thinking sessions with service users to design and test the future service (processes, channels, experiences)
To be successful in this role you must hold:
* Minimum 5 years previous experience working within the service design space
* Previous leadership experience is essential
* Relevant tertiary qualifications
