Azure Cloud, Automation, DevOps, Modern Workplaces, Modern Network and Security, Data, AI and IoT - it's what we do!This role will drive the product marketing strategy for the product and service solution portfolios of LAB3 in the cloud migration, modernisation, security, data management, DevOps and IoT markets to deliver on business growth objectives
Role Responsibilities & Requirements Deliver product communications and positioning aligned with messaging architecture across the portfolio of product and service solutions Develop clearly differentiated value and unique selling propositions for net new and current product audiences across all solutions and regions Deliver customer insights via closed loop feedback and understand competitive dynamics to inform and influence product, marketing and sales strategy In collaboration with product leads, run early adopter programs to determine viability of new releases Create and deliver a cohesive customer advocacy program to improve referrals, retention, share of wallet and build equity in the product brands Design and deliver go-to-market strategy and supporting materials for new product and feature launches aligned to market segment, audience & product lifecycle stage Lead and/or participate in cross-functional projects for products including pricing changes Build engagement and drive client retention through leadership with the client services function and embed client centricity into the organisation Provide reporting across performance of all activity including product enablement assets, GTM activity, partner asset adoption & utilisation Contribute to the development of sales enablement assets Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy
Skills, Abilities & Necessities
Direct experience in enterprise B2B SaaS / software is mandatory!
Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling positioning and content Proven experience launching & managing software / technology products and/or features in enterprise B2B markets Experience developing messaging and product propositions for CIOs, CTOs and CISOs 4+ years' experience in strategic marketing Exceptional stakeholder management Experience in a fast growth enterprise technology and / or software environment Managing budgets Solid knowledge of enterprise & public sector markets, delivering successful outcomes for complex / long cycle products Strong communication skills, including creating & delivering persuasive presentations and business cases Strong influencing and relationship management skills, including with technical and executive stakeholders Strategic and analytical thinker, with a can do, must do attitude. Proven organisational, prioritisation and planning skills Tertiary Marketing qualification, MBA a plus
