An Exciting opportunity is available to join the successful Australian business. You will be working for a Global Company with facilities worldwide that offers ongoing career progression with servicing aligned to a diverse manufacturing industry.We are looking for a professional Field Service Technician to join our West Ryde Branch.
Responsibilities:Providing repair and maintenance for all customers across our product range.Coordinating and performing repairs, maintenance, servicing and installing of coding, labelling, printing, and finishing equipment.Establishing and maintaining relevant service-related informationProviding product service training to clients as requiredAttend pre installation meetings at our customers premisesUndertaking regular internal product-based training to ensure OEM standards of Service can be achievedSupport the sales team with demonstrations and samplesBe up to date with new technologies through online portal learning Ensuring service revenue growth through identify new servicing opportunities.
Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this position, you will be a highly motivated, hands on field service technician who takes pride in ensuring high quality service and presentation is always provided. You will also have excellent customer service and communication skills and enjoy working autonomously within a team culture through a busy and challenging environment.
You will have a full electrical or disconnect/reconnect licence. An electrical and or mechanical trade qualification would be highly regarded. Ideally a background in the printing industry would be a distinct advantage. Training will also be provided initially and on an ongoing basis. Technicians/engineers from the medical industry will also be considered.
An attractive remuneration package, inclusive of company vehicle, will be negotiated with the successful candidate.
