CHEF Macksville Country ClubSet on the beautiful Mid North Coast of NSW Macksville Country Club, is looking for a Chef to lead the team and stay at the forefront of the Mid North Coast dining landscape.
Macksville Country Club is 15 minutes south of Nambucca Heads, 30 minutes south of Coffs Harbour and 30 minutes north of South West Rocks - no better location. Known for its beautiful views overlooking our public golf course, friendly atmosphere, and long, sunlit afternoons. Its a place for all occasions and special celebrations in the newly refurbished dining room.
Established circa 1935, Macksville Country Club has been part of the wider sporting community providing golf and bowls facilities and we are seeking a Full Time Permanent Chef to lead the team and continue to promote our dining room to the wider community by bringing your diverse culinary skillbase to the forefront.
About the role:
This is an opportunity for an experienced, passionate and career-focused chef with strong leadership and creative flair. Experience in running a quality-focused restaurant of a similar calibre will be essential. With progress comes change, and with it, an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef to deliver a quality dining experience for all occasions. Ability to manage oneself and lead a team is imperative.
We remain a local favourite destination through building excellent supplier relationships, accessing the best and freshest produce, and constantly developing our menu. We pride ourselves in offering a menu that caters for our fine diners offering quality seasonal dishes that are elevated, simple and produce driven whilst not forgetting our exciting Pub favourites.
