Job Description
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering srong client relationshops and partnerships
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potentital growth areas
Attend industryevents events and conferences to expand network and represent the company
Ensure client relationships of current are looked after and are retained and growing for the long term
Lead generation / business development to further grow the companies portfolio of clients
Liaise and negotiate with clients day to day
Provide clients support, educate them on the technology and how they can better their business by using it
Consultative approach with clients
The Successful Applicant
Proven track record in business development, preferably within the ocnstruction or technology sector
Excellent communication, negotitation and presentation skills
Ability to work independtly and collaboritly in a fast paced environmentFamiliarity with construction software, IoT solutions and other tech tools is highly desirable
Previous experience with AutoCad is highly desired
