Main Responsibilities: Manage the annual budget and monthly forecast process including liaising with business units to ensure all information required for reporting is completed in a timely manner; consolidation of the business unit budgets/forecast, co-ordination of presentations and preparation of board paper submissions. Lead the Group cashflow forecast consolidation process and bring clarity to working capital reporting across the business. Build and own the planning and forecasting framework for all Television cash flows, to identify, document and drive a rolling cashflow forecast process that is collaborative, balances business goals with desired financial outcomes, and is delivered in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure accuracy of budget/forecast data in the system as well as accuracy of data in management reports and board submissions. Ensure accuracy of data in reporting and board submissions. Assist in the preparation and management of the impairment process on a half yearly basis, including undertaking the impairment analysis for the television business unit as well as supporting and co-ordinating the other business units in their impairment testing procedures and reporting. Assist in the preparation of the five-year forecast, including updating and improving the model to ensure that it continues to appropriately reflect and support managements view of the future direction and performance of the business. This requires continuous engagement with the business unit managers, Heads of Finance and CFO on a regular basis as part of this process. Provide timely, accurate and reliable analysis and reporting that adds value to strategic making decisions. Assist the Head of Financial Planning and Analysis with compiling board papers and other reporting as and when required. Partner with key finance stakeholders to provide financial analysis as and when required. Continuous evaluate opportunities for enhancement of processes in order to maximise effectiveness and ensure seamless operation at scale.

What we are looking for: Relevant tertiary qualifications. CA/CPA qualified. Previous business experience in an ASX 200 company or a large and complex organisation Strong knowledge of Cash Flow reporting Proven Commercial Experience. Advanced data analysis and excel modelling skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The ability to engage with and influence key stakeholders to provide strategic guidance and decision support. Ability to apply sound judgement to business analysis and drive results within a cross-functional teams. Strong project management skills and demonstrated track record. Deep knowledge of how to make effective critical financial decisions based upon financial models, scenario analysis and experience. The ability to develop and drive strategic operating plans and forecasting.
