Duties and responsibilities
- Undertaking electrical design and PLC programming
- Research, testing and analysis of new automation products
- Working on the improvement of existing automation products
- Diagnosing & repairing industrial equipment that include PLC systems and equipment
- Working closely with the research and development & production teams to achieve forward outcomes
Selection Criteria
- Electrical trade qualification (A grade) essential
- Vocational experience within the manufacturing sector highly desirable
- Experience working with PLC's, automation, process controls, safety systems, control systems and integration
- An understanding and application of WHS practices
- Ability to work well within a team environment and to educate team members
- Ability to trouble shoot and fault find
- Highly motivated and positive attitude
- Currently living in Australia
