Your new role
As a Customer Relationship Specialist you will be using your outstanding customer service skills to support people with their enquiries on a day to day basis. You will become an expert on the organisations banking products and advise customers knowledgeably and confidently. This is a permanent role based in Penrith.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Creating a connection with customers by understanding their desires and needs
- Manage customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide comprehensive banking services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance standards
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment
Your skills and experience
