job detailsYou will be working as a Sales Distribution Analyst with one of the worlds most luxurious automotive companies. Reporting to the Sales Planner you will be responsible for the ordering and distribution process from factory to vehicle shipment to Australia.

You will work with local and central Product teams to ensure appropriate ordering availability within VISTA2 and ensure consistent and appropriate stock levels.
The Role:
The Sales Distribution Analyst is primarily responsible for managing on-time delivery of new vehicles to retailer networks to ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing the Order Process:
- Working with the Product team to ensure OXO validations in VISTA2 are completed in a timely manner
- Ensuring that order allocations are accurate and distributed to the network as appropriate
- Reviewing network actual ordering habits vs Pricing Papers and latest corporate forecasts, flagging opportunities and risks
- Managing Dealer queries around the build / order process and communicate order updates and changes in production effectively to the Dealer network
- Manage shipping documentation, customs clearance and quarantine compliance of vehicle shipments - Includes
- collating shipping documents, submitting to customs broker and maintaining SAP.
Sales Planning
- Purchasing review, receipt and ensure sufficient funds are available on all relevant distribution PO
- Regularly review own business processes against business objectives and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintaining data integrity
- Review and maintain suitable reports and controls to ensure data accuracy is maintained in SAP and VISTA
- Highlight data integrity issues, and deliver appropriate controls and technical solutions
Key Performance Indicators
- Manage the Order Process Ensure ordering process
- Sales Planning Reviewing business process for an improvement
- Maintain data integrity Maintain suitable reports and control data accuracy
Skills and experience
- Minimum 2 years logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail, flexibility and adaptability - things can change in 24 hours!
- Advanced Excel skills, ability to analyse data and information, make recommendations and take appropriate action
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Tableau, SAP & VISTA2 experience is desirable
- Must pass a federal police check
