They are committed to ensuring the lending process is efficient by delivering industry leading service for borrowers, to solve urgent and complex funding issues. Your new role
With recent business growth, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting and providing general day to day administration support to team members
- Be a point of contact for loan enquiries both online and over the phone
- Provide lending support as required including assisting clients, gathering renewal information, application process and management and lender/provider follow ups
- Assist with lending packages and loan applications
- Communicate with clients updating them on process
- Checking loan and compliance documents to ensure completion / all is in order
- Be able to manage multiple applications at the same time and meet client expectations
- Communicate and liaise with internal divisions of the business (internal clients)
Your skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you will have;
- A minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in the banking or mortgage broking industry
- Strong numerical skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel and the whole MS Office suite
- Have a high standard of customer service
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy
- A great team player who is enthusiastic, positive and willing to get in there and get the job done
- A go getter that enjoys working in a fast-paced environment who can meet tight deadlines and can perform well under pressure
