We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Life Insurance Claims Assessor to join our team. With a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end claims management, you will play a vital role in ensuring accurate and efficient processing of claims for our valued clients.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of 40 group life insurance claims, overseeing the entire claims process from start to finish.
- Review and analyze claim documentation, including policy information, medical reports, and supporting evidence.
- Determine claim eligibility based on policy terms, conditions, and relevant regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal & external stakeholder.
- Make informed decisions regarding claim settlements or rejections, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with policyholders, beneficiaries, and intermediaries, providing updates on claim status and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure timely and accurate recordkeeping by maintaining comprehensive and up-to-date claim files in the claims management system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and advancements in medical practices related to group life insurance claims assessment.
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct in all claim-related activities.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing group life insurance claims from end to end.
- Strong knowledge of group life insurance products, policy terms, and regulatory guidelines.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex claim information accurately.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills to effectively manage a portfolio of claims.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using claims management systems and other relevant software applications.

This is a hybrid role with just 1-2 days in the office after the initial 3 weeks of in-person onboarding/training. Very attractive comp of upto $110K + Super.
