Job Description
- Leadership provision, direction and support to the ANZ Finance and Accounting team.
- Management of preparation of the Australian business's monthly results including balance sheet reconciliations and group reporting submissions
- Management of the business's balance sheet and control of its infield inventory accounting
- Timely response of local and corporate year end audit processes and management of quarterly SOX and US GAAP testing
- Responsible for effective variance analysis of internal sales segments of the business and the broader P&L
- Assistance and contribution to annual budgeting and medium-term planning cycle.
- Ongoing development and submission of weekly sales forecasting for the ANZ entity
- Distribution of monthly sales reporting to state and regional team leads
- Collation of monthly commission and rebate documentation
- Responsible for the oversight and control of regional AP, AR and cash management
- Timely response to Ad hoc business analysis and reporting as required to ensure all internal and external data requests
The Successful Applicant
- Tertiary qualification and at least 3 years' experience working within a Commercial environment post qualification
- CA/CPA qualified essential
- Essential experience using ERP system Oracle and Microsoft office suite
- Essential experience in multi-currency reporting (US CAAP and SOX compliance preferred)
- Preferred experience of multi-faceted role including both core accounting and management reporting
- Preferred industry experience in Medical Technology, Healthcare, FMCG or high-volume sales
- Ability to plan, organise, adapt, and prioritise in a dynamic and fast paced environment
