Due to continued project wins they have permanent position for Civil Supervisor to join their project which runs for the next 2 x years near Rockhampton either on a FIFO from Brisbane / Sunshine Coast / Gold coast or if live locally on a DIDO basis.
Current roster is 10:4 with a 20% site uplift on offer
The successful candidate will join a well established and experienced team with a proven track record of delivering both the complex FRP ( Form-work Rio Pour ) , involving major Sub Station Construction and Wind Farm Tower pads.

About The Role
The individual will have the drive and ability to work autonomously and to complete task by project deadlines.
The ideal Civil Supervisor will have a strong Concreting (FRP) back ground. Willing to jump in and lead a team from the front line, whilst also being a site company representative working with the client, and working closely with experienced Project Managers Civil Engineers who will help to bring continued expertise to the project at hand.
Requirements
- At least 3-4 year's experience in a similar role with a mid tier contractor working with a principal contractor
- Previous experience within concrete and structures
- Previous Wind Farm / Sub Station experience preferred but not essential
- Be capable of operating in a fast paced and frequently changing work environment while undertaking a variety of tasks as directed by line management.
- Able to leads and manage sub contractors
- Have a strong commitment to working safety and extensive experience in delivering a strong health and safety culture.
- Adhere to strict quality controls and ITP hold points
- Be schedule driven and results orientated with an excellent work ethic with demonstrated leadership skills
- Be confident managing across a range of different relationships throughout the business and on site
- Be able to pass a Pre-employment Medical including a Drug & Alcohol Screen
- Previous resource experience preferable
- Able to manage sub contractors / civil packages including concrete works and pipelines
As the successful candidate you will have:
- Vast experience within Concrete ( FRP ) Structures
- High level of experience managing work crews - concrete pours structures
- In ground Concrete Tank construction
- High level coordination and communication skills, Programming
- Proficient computer skills
- Certificate IV Civil Construction Supervision an advantage
- Able to work on a FIFO 10:4 roster or if live local to Rockhampton DIDO
- Full work rights to work in Australia
