Their Contact Centre is made up of a variety of teams, including direct customer contact roles as well as support functions.Their highly skilled people are in demand across the rest of the organisation, and as a result of internal promotions and significant organisational transformation, they are looking for people to join their Contact Centre team in a role that will balance both front line customer service and support.
We are actively seeking top customer service talent to grow with us over the next two years with significant cross and upskilling that result in pay increases as you expand your skill set over time.

You will work 37.5hrs per week with the flexibility to work additional paid on call shifts. Individual rosters will rotate within these hours.
