About the role:
Reporting into the Senior Financial Accountant/Accounts Payable Manager or Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will include
- Ensure all general ledger accounts balance and are reconciled monthly
- Support and assist all accounting staff to ensure their daily tasks are complete
- Support the Credit Manager with the collection of debtors
- Initiate positive and effective communications with subordinates, peers, management and customers
- Bank reconciliations are completed and balanced
OR
- Full function accounts payable processing
- Reconcile all cash income bank accounts
- Raising purchase order numbers
- Profit and loss analysis and adjustments
- Responding to client enquiries
- High volume data entry
- Reconciliation of supplier accounts
- Resolve internal and external customer queries.
About you:
You are a driven Assistant Accountant, Finance Officer or Accounts Payable Officer seeking a challenging and rewarding role. You will be an experienced individual in either of these roles.
- Full function accounts payable and reconciliations experience
- Passion for your work and contributing to the team
- The ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders
