- Strong knowledge of information security threats, network and web protocols, security devices and operating systems etc. Okta, Saviynt, CyberArk, ForgeRock
- Prior experience working with large MSPs providing technical support and a high level strategy and overview
- Strong knowledge of information security threats, network and web protocols, security devices and operating systems
- Capability to work with a variety of stakeholders that have different needs and objectives
- Demonstrate time management skills and be able to work to deadlines
- Relevant vendor certifications (e.g. CISSP, CISM,ISO 27001) Desirable but not essential.
