Your New Role
An exciting full-time permanent opportunity has come up for a Customer Service Manager who has had experience developing, coaching and leading a retail branch team and has the ability to tap into personalities to ensure success as well as growth & development. ASAP start! The role will have a requirement of a rotating Saturday roster.
- Manage and drive performance of a successful tenured team of 3
- Ensure coaching and training is delivered (one on one, coaching sessions)
- Manage activity to reach business targets across growth and service
- Ensure strategic business development using company objectives
About You
- Retail branch management with knowledge in delivering on service and sales targets
- Private health insurance exp ideal but not essential
- Demonstrated innovation agent who can maximise opportunities
- Hands on coaching, mentorship, leadership qualities
- Possess interpersonal and problem solving skills
