Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will effectively lead and manage the care home to achieve financial, operational, customer and people/human resources targets. In addition to effectively lead, manage and implement Aged Care Australias current and new strategic directions.
Depending on the size and location of the Care Home, can lead a team of 60-200 people, including a Care
Home leadership team, and provide care for on average 85 residents

intervenes to address barriers and performance shortfalls.

Minium of 3 years as a General Manager within the aged care industry
