- Diverse projects across commercial, education and selected boutique residential apartments
- Track record on projects to $5m and now moving towards selected larger projects.
- 10 staff in the office, 10 projects in the field - they are experience stable and sustainable growth
The Role
- A PM role where you will run your own key projects with PC/CA support whilst mentoring Junior PM staff
- Oversee client management, safety, programming, value management & design resolution
- High level financial reporting; cash flow projections, submission of progress claims and review of project reports prepared by Junior PM staff
- An opportunity to help shape the business as they grow their capabilities
Experience/Qualifications Required
- A track record in the management and delivery of construction and/or interior fitout projects - gained over several years and/or projects
- Ability in working in a systems based environment with strong reporting skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholder
