- Full-time and permanent role
- Generous salary package - $90K+ Super + 8% bonus + 2 x fuel cards
- Two Brisbane office locations to choose from - Brand new office in Fortitude Valley OR Lytton
- Fantastic WFH options (up to 4 days per week) and a great overall attitude from the business towards flexibility
- Experienced, well tenured and approachable management
- Work within a team environment that always has continuous improvement at front of mind
- Open start date - start immediately or after EOFY
- Occasional travel to Sydney office for training
About the role:
Your duties will include:
- High volume end-to-end processing
- Updating and maintaining of employee records
- Processing terminations, redundancies, back pays and superannuation payments
- New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
- Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
- Award interpretation
- Support team with project work and identifying areas for improvement and optimisation
About you:
- 3+ years of processing experience
- Experience working on a complex and high volume payroll
- SAP experience is strongly preferred however candidates with iChris/21, Preceda or Aurion may also be considered
- High level of attention to detail
- Full and unlimited Australian working rights
