THE CENTRE
The Centre is registered to provide long day care and an approved 4 yr. old kindergarten program and as such offers full-time and part-time care for children aged from 8 weeks and up to and including school age. The Centre has places for 44 children per day who are placed in 3 rooms. A beautiful centre based in the St Kilda area.
THE ROLE
We are looking for a diploma trained Lead Educator to lead the Toddler room. The ideal candidate will have experience working in childrens services and can provide a warm, caring, safe and secure environment!. Our client is looking for the right leader who is confident implementing a high quality toddler program, sound knowledge of the EYLF and has a genuine passion for working with the toddler aged children. There are 12 toddlers aged 2-3 years with 4 assistants.
The successful candidate with have:

- Diploma in Childrens services or above
- Current approved first aid qualification, anaphylaxis management and asthma management
- Current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated understanding of the NQF and EYLF
- A genuine enthusiasm, passion and dedication to fostering lifelong learners
