Some of the responsibilities in this role include (but are not limited to):
- Providing counter/reception support for the local office including participant enquiries in the self-help kiosks and online support.
- Resolving customer enquiries, providing information and/or referring customers to appropriate government or community services.
- Managing the team shared email inbox, appointments and telephone enquiries.
- Coordinating appointments with the use of Agency office facilities and ensuring facilities are accessible for participants.
- Undertaking a range of data entry activities and ensuring follow up is completed.
- Receiving and recording complaints and other feedback in the organisations business systems.
What we're looking for:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Kknowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
- Ability to pick up new systems quickly
- High level of resilience
- Highly regarded if you have experience in: Disability (work or lived in), Government
Other details:
- Full time hours (37.5 per week)
- Starting throughout November
- This is a temporary contract, loading is applied so there is no leave entitlements
- This position is based in office - No work from home
- You must be an Australian Citizen to apply for this role
