About the role:
Level 3 Project Support Officer.
The Project Support Officer assists Project Managers and the Portfolio Manager within the Refurbishment portfolio of the Construction directorate.
Duties include:
- Manage incoming requests in the refurbishments shared mailbox.
- Conduct quality and assurance checks of payments, variations and contacts to be established in the contract management system.
- Data entry into project/contract management system.
- Coordinates and maintains record keeping functions of the team.
- If required, Coordinates meetings- preparing agendas, minute taking, distributing documents.
- Other administrative support tasks for the team.
About you:
- - Previous State Government experience is desirable.
- Eagerness to learn new skills, systems, and procedures.
