job detailsAs a Motor Claims Consultant you will guide customers through the claims process and bring simplicity to a stressful situation. When accidents happen, customers need a reliable set of hands to manage their insurance claim.
- Must be available Monday to Saturday
- 1 X Saturday every 2-3 weeks (rotational roster)
- Rostered hours will fall between 6am-6pm

This role is the main point of contact for customers and liaises with internal and external stakeholders to manage the end to end motor claims process.

- Effective communication with others both in person (with colleagues) and over the phone (with customers)
- A calm and collected exterior, enabling you to diffuse situations involving conflict and approach a challenge with an open mind
- The desire to succeed at providing outstanding customer service
- Intermediate computer skills ability to troubleshoot and comfort working in multiple systems
- Maturity and ability to address conflicting situations
- Ability to prioritise and manage time effectively in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.
