Key Responsibilities:

- You will work with customers who are experiencing financial hardship.
- Your role will be to assist customers in finding holistic hardship treatment solutions tailored to their unique situations while upholding the companies Hardship policy.
- Emphasis will be placed on displaying empathy and collaborating effectively with other divisions for complex cases.
- You will become proficient in at least two financial products and confidently handle both outbound and inbound customer calls.
- Leadership roles within the team may also be available for those who show exceptional skills and dedication.

Qualifications:

- Empathy and understanding of customer needs.
- Previous experience in call centre or customer service is advantageous
- Proficient written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
