Job Description
Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan, develop, and execute retail marketing campaigns aligned with overall company objectives.
- Coordinate in-store promotions, events, and product launches to maximize brand exposure and sales.
Customer Engagement:
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty in retail spaces.
- Implement initiatives such as loyalty programs, customer feedback mechanisms, and personalized promotions.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Social Media and Online Presence:
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team to integrate online and offline marketing strategies.
- Monitor and contribute to social media channels to promote retail events and engage with customers.
Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of marketing budgets for retail initiatives.
- Ensure cost-effective execution of campaigns while maintaining high-quality standards.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in the FMCG sector.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
