We are currently seeking 2 experienced Level 1/2 Help Desk Analysts who are seeking a new 2 year contract opportunity. This role is with a retail provider based in Docklands and requires 5 days per week in the office (non negotiable).
Daily responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for retail staff (Monday-Friday business hours only)
- Record, troubleshoot, resolve or escalate IT related issues
- You will be the first point of contact for users who may need assistance with POS Systems in store as well as other peripheral devices (Scanners, printers, Eftpos machines)
- Contribute to knowledge article identification, review, & creation
To succeed in this position you will have:
- Proven experience working in Service Desk roles supporting retail environments (2+ years experience)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication to deliver a good customer experience
- Good problem solving abilities
- Experience using ITSM tools
