We're seeking a Campaign Marketing Specialist to spearhead planning, execution, and management of marketing campaigns for their Accounting Channel. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager - Accountant Segment Lead, you'll collaborate closely with Acquisition and Lifecycle Marketing Managers to ensure seamless alignment of campaigns with overall business objectives.
Your mission: ensure campaigns are on time, on budget, and deliver exceptional results.
Previous B2B experience is a must, and exposure to the Accounting industry would be a distinct advantage. Familiarity with virtual events/webinars is highly desirable.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute engaging marketing campaigns across diverse channels like social media, email marketing, website, and events to boost engagement and drive sales.
- Craft compelling content for various marketing communications, including advertisements, social media posts, website content, downloadables, and other marketing materials.
- Define campaign targets, KPIs, and metrics for performance evaluation, conduct analytics, and refine strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to maintain consistency in brand positioning, key messaging, and overall brand representation.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with brand advocates, media partners, and third-party vendors.
- Conduct thorough market and competitor research to stay ahead of the latest marketing trends, assess competition, and understand consumer behavior.
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to optimize campaign outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing campaigns within a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Profound knowledge of digital media platforms and related tools.
- Understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and other digital marketing techniques.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
