Job Description
Our client is looking for a 2-3 year PQE Property & Construction Lawyer to work as part of a high performing team that prides itself on providing quality commercially focused legal advice. This is an exciting opportunity to work and learn directly from experienced and well regarded practitioners including a partner, special counsel and senior associates as part of our established but growing practice. They deliver on a range of high profile and complex matters for government and private sector clients in the following areas:
- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing
- Property advisory
- Capital works & procurement projects
- Planning and environment regulation and approvals
The Successful Applicant
- 2-3 year PQE with experience in Property & Construction.
- You will have experience advising clients on various property matters and transactions either in the ACT or NSW.
- Experience advising on construction and planning law matters is welcomed but not essential.
- You must be enthusiastic and willing to work on a range of matters, have a keen eye for detail, good communication and interpersonal skills and can demonstrate sound matter management.
- A security clearance or willingness to obtain one is important for this role.
