Job Description
- Oversee the management of all processes and activities related to the company's reporting and performance management.
- P&L, balance sheet and month end accounting and reporting process within necessary timelines.
- Oversight of the company's financial accounting and general ledger systems.
- Implement and maintain robust processes to ensure integrity, accuracy and reliability of accounting information.
- Develop and maintain strong internal controls.
- Review and maintain cashflow management and reporting.
- Ensure management reporting remains relevant, timely, reliable and useful for management decision making through ongoing improvement and regular feedback.
- Review results and advise management in relation to trends, anomalies and areas to improve performance.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years experience in a similar role (Financial Contr preferred.
- Professional qualification required - ACCA, ACA, CGMA, similar
- Excellent communication - both written and verbal
- Ability to build positive relationships across business functions
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good time management skills
- Flexible approach with a 'can-do' attitude
- Big-4 Audit background looked at favourably
- SAP experience a great bonus
