Feature Role: APS4 Complaints Officer - Geelong

Duration: Initial Contract 12 months (with extension option)
Salary: from $43.82 per hour + 11% Superannuation
Note: To be eligible for consideration, you must be able to attend an info session in person, preferably on Tuesday the 12th March.

Key Responsibilities may include:
- Undertaking various data entry tasks and maintaining high-quality record-keeping standards.
- Supporting the coordination of complaints received by the organisation, including recording, assessing, resolving at point of entry, and making referrals as necessary.
- Liaising with stakeholders and facilitating actions to progress complaints.
- Reviewing and evaluating information to determine complaint risk levels and escalating issues according to established Agency complaint handling processes.
- Contributing to record-keeping activities to ensure accuracy and currency of team records.
- Coordinating correspondence, briefing materials, and reporting functions for the branch as required.
