Our client is a national builder well known for delivering large and diverse projects throughout Australia. A very well known name in the industry with high level talent throughout the business our client is looking for the best of the best to join a team delivering a $50m industrial project.

Whilst our client has a diverse portfolio you will be initially joining a team to deliver a new industrial project from day one with a well resourced team and loyal subcontractor base.
The Role
- A Contracts Administrator to join the the commercial team on this project
- Procurement, package and negotiate sub-contracts through to final account
- Administration of all claims, variations, progress payments and contract correspondence - both from a head contract and subcontract viewpoint
- Monthly budget management and reporting
Experience/Qualifications Required
- Tertiary Qualifications in Construction Management or equivalent
- A track record in Contracts Administration gained over 3+ yrs with experience of commercial build projects in Australia essential
- An ability to build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and project stakeholders
- Industrial experience is highly regarded however not essential
- Positive tenure in your CV where controllable is highly regarded
Whats on offer
- $130,000 - $170,000 + Superannuation (negotiable for the right experience)
