Your New Role ...
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Technologies team here in Parramatta Business. Randstad Digital holds a significant market share across the technology portfolio with an excellent reputation delivering the best service to both candidates and clients. Additionally, you will report into and work alongside an extremely supportive and energetic Team Leader who encourages a work hard play hard mentality.
Your Responsibilities
- Building, growing and nurturing your own client accounts
- Business development and prospecting new clients
- Screening, interviewing, and matching candidates to open roles
- Consulting candidates and clients on the recruitment process
- Updating the internal system with candidate and client information
- Growing a strong client base through creative marketing activities
