Randstad is currently recruiting for a Customer Service officer to provide exceptional support to a growing national company. The successful candidate will have high attention to detail, exceptional organisation skills and can provide support to internal stakeholders and customers.
Your new position
- Liaise with clients and customers and manufacturers all over Australia
- Answer emails and phone calls
- Assist with daily invoicing
- Take and process orders
- Follow up on all customer requests
- Track and Manage orders through the database.
- Data entry and reporting
Your skills and experience
- Previous experience in a Customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication to engage and build relationships
- High attention to detail and ability to show resilience.
- Positive attitude
- Be able to learn new CRM systems quickly and efficiently.
