Job Description
The purpose of this role is to professionally represent GRDC as the first point of contact for external stakeholders and provide administrative support to the GRDC Panel members and Panel meetings.
- Assist the Portfolio Coordination team to ensure all administration obligations and Panel requirements are met within GRDC policy and procedures.
- Assist the Portfolio Coordination team and Senior Regional Manager with all administrative tasks that contribute to the effective running of panel meetings, including panel claims, payment of related invoices, catering and logistics.
- Collate Panel Meeting agenda items and agenda papers and organise their distribution to relevant individuals prior to meetings.
- Attend meetings, take minutes and transcribe these in appropriate format.
- Organise and coordinate Panel meetings as necessary including booking of relevant travel for Panel members.
The Successful Applicant
- Experience in similar high-level administrative support role
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point and SharePoint
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and problem-solving skills with an ability to liaise professionally with various levels of senior and executive management.
- Previous experience in positively managing client issues / relationships.
- Must be proactive and mature in their approach to work.
- Be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Those with 3+ years Executive Assistance experience strongly encouraged to apply.
- Must be prepared to travel as and when required.
- Must have a valid Australian Drivers Licence
- Must be willing to undergo all Pre-employment Medical and Police checks.
- Must be an Australian Citizen

- $39.50 - $48.50+ superannuation, hourly ($77,000 - $94,000 + superannuation, annually)
