THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee the FOH operations at our new Bondi Venue. You will have proven experience in a similar role and will report directly to the General Manager. You will need to have the ability to direct, inspire and manage a large team achieving consistency through training programmes created and initiated by yourself.
The role is multi faceted with both the Bar and Dining Room Service being under your sphere of control, taking a hands on approach to managing both spaces.
