The Position
As a Project Scheduler you will provide the Programs department with robust cost and schedule analysis, to ensure successful integration of Programs inputs into CEA business operations, thereby enabling the successful delivery of existing commitments and future opportunities.
The Person
Our ideal candidate will have relevant project controls experience and knowledge of principles, tools and procedures and have strong stakeholder management skills coupled with the ability to communicate and articulate information with senior stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.
They will have strong computer skills across the MS Office suite, particularly excel.

Required
AGSVA clearance level: minimum Baseline security clearance to commence, with the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1.Relevant project controls experience and knowledge of principles, tools and procedures.Strong stakeholder management skills including the ability to communicate and articulate information with senior stakeholders in a clear and effective manner.Strong organisational and problem solving skills, approaching all tasks with a continuous improvement mindset.Meticulous attention to detail, particularly with analysing and interpreting data.Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and plan and prioritise competing workloads to meet deadlines.Solid computer skills across the MS Office suite, particularly with Excel.Desirable
Experience with Open Plan Professional (OPP) or similar (Primavera P6 or MS Project Server). Experience in a Project Manufacturing environment. Scheduling of Defence Acquisition or other complex projects.Our benefits
