job detailsOur client has a pedigree in Melbourne over 20 years and has an exceptional reputation for delivering high end residential buildings, both one off multi million dollar residences as well as commercial grade townhouse, mixed use and apartment projects. One common theme links all of these works, and that is a 5 star finish that meets and exceeds clients expectation
They are currently working through 2 mixed use developments, with a retail tenancy and apartments. We are seeking to supplement their site team with the appointment of a expereinced site manager to work a range of building components on the project. This would ideally suit a polished site manager working at a high level, with a track record on large scale residential projects spanning 5 or more years. Any additional qualifications such as Certificate IV, Diploma or Degree level qualifications would be looked upon favourably.
As a Site Manager with this group core skills and experience will include:
- A track record on large scale residential building projects
- An ability to drive and maintain construction program with multiple trade interfaces
- Strong record keeping and IT skills with demonstrated application of these in a construction environment
- A commitment to best practices in OH&S
This role would commence on a contract basis howver is a long term view. An hourly rate in the $60-65 per hour + super range is available. You will work closely with the director who will help progress your career. Please send your CV to [Apply online]
