Leading Australian Digital Research and Marketing Company requires a full time Junior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant for their Inner North Shore office.
As the Junior Microsoft Dynamics Consultant, you will play a key role to ensure staff are trained to use the CRM system effectively, efficiently and without impediment as well as troubleshooting and resolving incidents.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Investigation into problems and incidents.
- Changes to CRM configuration, JavaScript and Plug-in Code.
- Working with and extending Standard and Custom Entities.
- Documenting and implementing enhancements to the CRM system per business requests.
- Providing the business with clear visibility by ensuring requests are regularly updated.
- Resolution of problems and incidents within SLAs, and escalation of issues to 3rd Party support.
- Recommending ways to simplify processes and increase efficiency
- Producing and updating training material and delivery of training.
To succeed in this role, you will have the following;
- Microsoft Dynamics Environment experience, including;
- Configuration and customisation of Native and Custom Entities (Forms, Fields, Views, etc)
- Plugins (JavaScript, C#), Microsoft Flows & SSRS Reports;
- IT or related qualification.
- Knowledge of PowerBI, PowerApps, DevOps, Dynamics 365 Portals
- Experience of Integrated Systems; Sharepoint, SAP
