Your Impact
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will support our travellers through their journey with accurate and comprehensive information on nib Travel products and services. You would act as the first point of contact for our travellers as well as:
Providing accurate and comprehensive information on nib Travel products and services
Ensuring that we meet the needs of our travellers
Liase with different stakeholders within the business to resolve traveller matters
Provide complete and accurate information to our travellers about their policy coverage
About You
Motivated, positive and driven attitude
Passion for delivering world class customer service
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to navigate through systems effectively
his Full-Time role will see you work a 38 hour week between 8:30am and 6:00pm Monday to Friday.
You will be available to commence employment and training on the 4th November 2022.
