Our client is an end-to-end purpose-built platform for Australian Aged Care and NDIS service providers that addresses all the bottlenecks providers encounter during the running of their business.
With the end user in mind, the Australian purpose-built platform provides solutions to common problems with multifaceted software, including their automated rostering, in-built award interpreter, intuitive mobile app for workers and clients, and fully integrated platform for payroll and invoicing.
About the Role
As the Operations Manager you will design and implement policies to promote company culture and vision and oversee operations to keep the business on track.
Youll be in control of our diverse business operations, so we expect you to be an experienced and efficient leader, and have excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.
Responsibilities include
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of senior management (Software Development, Helpdesk, IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Evaluate performance by analysing and interpreting data and metrics
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
What you will need to succeed
- Understanding of business functions such as Software Development, Helpdesk, Sales and Consulting, HR, Finance and Marketing
- Experience working for a software development house is desirable
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a plus
