About the role

We are now recruiting for a Premium Wineries Manager to join our Premium Wineries team. Reporting into the Director Global ANZ Premium Winemaking, in this unique opportunity you will be responsible for the efficient performance of all operational activities. Working closely with the Senior and Group Winemakers, you will be pivotal in leading the site winemaking teams to produce our finest wines!
You will be based in across our Barossa, McLaren Vale and Coonawarra sites.
This role is full-time and permanent.
Key responsibilities include:Lead Premium network cellar, laboratory and maintenance functionsDrive a culture of continuous improvement across all sitesWork closely with Senior winemaker and lead winemakers to ensure all bulk wine, packaging and bottling requirements are metSupport Senior Winemakers and Administration Manager to manage site budgetsEngender an efficient, effective and best practice/continuous improvement approach to all production activities, including co-ordination of NPD, trials and R&D projectsMaintain certification of all risk management systems, including HACCP, ISO14000, and engendering a culture of continuous improvement in the performance and outcomes of all these programs
