Job summary
INVOICING ASSISTANTWe are a quirky and fast-growing business and have an exciting new role available in our Shared Services invoicing team. The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude and have high attention to detail in this part-time (3 days per week) position.
Responsibilities:The primary role is to assist the GM of Shared Services.Inputting of all stock invoices received from both our retail and hotel divisionsEnsure efficient management of stock control Ensure accurate controls including procedures and systems of stock are maintained throughout the Star Hotels businessDevelop efficiency within the system wherever possibleAbility to develop strong relationships with stakeholders within the Star Group businessOther tasks as required by the GM of Shared Services
A range of experience in hospitality and an advanced understanding of stock control practices will be highly regarded. Training will be provided on all software systems and procedures.
