Our clients are leaders in the Aged Care industry. Due to a period of growth, an opportunity has arisen for a HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR Coordinator/Advisor to enhance their experiences or simply have a change in scenery in the Human Resources industry!
YOUR NEW DUTIES
- Provide HR Advice to managers and employees
- Support recruitment initiatives
- Thoroughly manage employee & industrial relations
- Provide guidance on remuneration, reward and recognition
- Award and agreement interpretation
- Assist in performance management
- Facilitate orientation and onboarding program
- Develop HR policies and procedures
- Ad hoc duties as required
WHAT YOU ARE / YOUR SKILLSET
- HR generalist experience
- Healthcare or Aged Care experience (advantageous)
- Relevant Qualifications in HR
- An excellent communicator whether that be verbal or written
- Consultative and full of energy
- Positive and personable
- Systems savvy
